What differentiates me as a coach is my intuitive ability to get quickly to the heart of the matter while creating psychological safety for my clients to fully show up. Known for my compassionate, flexible, and creative style, I empower my clients to develop a sense of curiosity on a journey of self-discovery and transformation that encompasses the body, mind and heart.

As an executive coach, I provide the following services to private and corporate clients:

  • 1:1 coaching sessions, typically biweekly
  • Interview-based 360 and assessments that include strengths and areas of development

Most engagements are 6-12 months.

The types of clients I enjoy working with are open minded, invested in their development, willing to explore their vulnerabilities, hold themselves accountable for their learnings, thoughtful, intentional, and committed to go through an inner exploration.
